  • Develop and enforce a robust Balance Sheet review framework across the region.
  • Support the harmonization of accounting policies and best practices.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure monthly OneStream reporting packages comply with Group accounting principles and reporting requirements.
  • Guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and quality of financial information used by management and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, regulatory, and Group reporting obligations.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of local and Group financial statements.

Governance, Audit & Internal Controls

  • Ensure a strong internal control framework is maintained across the region.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Review technical accounting position papers before submission to Group Finance.
  • Proactively identify and escalate compliance risks and control weaknesses.

Business Partnership & Shared Service Management

  • Collaborate closely with Cluster Heads of Finance, Regional Finance Heads, FP&A, Business Controlling, and Group Finance teams.
  • Monitor and challenge Shared Service Center performance to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Support countries in resolving accounting and reporting issues related to outsourced finance processes.
  • Lead and animate the regional Financial Control network, including monthly pre-closing reviews.

  • Support finance transformation, digitalization, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Participate in acquisitions, mergers, entity creations, and legal restructuring projects.
  • Ensure new entities acquired through M&A are aligned with CEVA's IFRS standards and reporting requirements.
  • Support major finance projects, organizational changes, and ad hoc strategic studies.

Who are we looking for?
