YOUR ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a Site Administrator who can keep our site operations, based in Wellesbourne, running like a finely tuned engine. From paperwork to people management, your organisational wizardry will be the backbone of our logistics operation.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Supporting site administration and ensuring compliance with audits such as Security Audits, Site Classification Assessments (SCA), and HSEQ Audits.
- Managing time and attendance data for payroll and resolving payroll queries with the Head Office team.
- Handling new starter and termination forms on the system, updating records, and coordinating changes with HR Shared Services.
- Monitoring and managing site consumables and placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials.
- Producing weekly KPI for customer and presentation packs to site management.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution admin role.
- Strong IT skills – you know your way around Excel, scheduling systems, and maybe even a scanner or two.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities – because things move fast here.
- A sharp eye for detail and the initiative to solve problems before they even happen.
