YOUR ROLE

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive leader with experience in warehouse operations? We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced ecommerce warehouse. In this role, you will ensure efficient and smooth warehouse functions, delivering exceptional service to our customers while fostering a productive team environment.

This is a Monday - Friday role 12pm - 8pm (subject to change slightly in peak periods). 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that all warehouse operational tasks are allocated and carried out to a high standard, whilst also achieving required KPI’s.
• Promoting a health and safety culture by ensuring all site and company Health and Safety regulations are adhered to, and following up on any accidents or incidents, using the relevant company processes.
• Train, develop, and motivate team members, providing performance feedback and support.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
