For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a Regional Account Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

 

 

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

 

  • Develope and diversify the Regions business
    • A1. Build loyalty and develop the business of your region through your personal action and the one of its sales representatives
    • A2. Receive commercial information from the network, disseminate it and ensure the implementation of actions
    • A3. Locate, evaluate the entire Customer / Prospect portfolio in your region;
    • A4. Assess the competition and market prices practiced in your region;
    • A5. Implement a regional sales strategy in compliance with the development axes and transport plans set by the Sales Department and the Business Departments

 

  • Lead and manage the regional sales Team
    • B1. Participate in the development of each sales representative's action plan, define the objectives and monitor their achievement.
    • B2. Lead sales meetings.
    • B3. Organize regional sales campaigns with the Sales Managers Axis and / or Product.
    • B4. Support sales representatives through individual interviews and joint visits.
    • B5. Propose training actions for his team
    • B6. Conduct Annual Progress Interviews
    • B7. Participate in the recruitment of sales staff
    • B8. Manage his team on a daily basis

 

  • Analyze an and monitor operational results
    • C1. Inform the Regional Directors and/or Branch Directors concerned of the commercial actions undertaken in their areas;
    • C2. Follow up with the Regional Directors and/or Branch Directors concerned on the profitability of customer accounts and problems related to collections.
    • C3. Ensure with the Regional Directors and/or Branch Directors concerned the availability of the required operational resources.

 

  • Inform an communicate
    • D1. Inform the Regional Director and/or Branch Director of the results of the actions undertaken.
    • D2. Communicate monthly to the Regional Director and/or Agency Director the performance of sales representatives
    • D3. Transmit each month to the Sales Director the Commercial Report in accordance with the budget model and the summary tables of Commercial/commercial Activities (Development of the goodwill and Valuation of the prospect portfolio)
    • D4. Participate in meetings set by his Regional Management and by the Sales Management
    • D5. Monitor the use of the reporting software by his teams

    • Carry out specific communication missions (sponsoring , events etc ...) and participate in business promotion operations in its market

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • Your basis is a completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector with several years of professional experience in Health Care
  • You are customer oriented
  • You have very good IT skills, especially with the common MS Office products and have already gained experience with ERP programs (e.g. JDE, SAP).
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken English & Swiss German
  • Your confident demeanor as well as your good way of expressing yourself, your very good analytical skills and your initiative round off your profile.
