Your role

You will be the orchestrator behind smooth IT operations and change delivery. In this role, you’ll own the Jira board, drive process excellence, lead change governance, and be the go‑to escalation point—ensuring clear communication with customers and seamless coordination across internal teams and partners.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage the Jira board: refine tickets, set realistic timelines, prioritize the backlog, and keep stakeholders updated with transparent reporting.
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes: improve efficiency, quality, and compliance; identify bottlenecks and implement measurable improvements.
  • Lead change management: gather and evaluate requests, define requirements, present to the Change Control Board, and track outcomes through to adoption.
  • Act as the escalation point for CEVA IT (local and global): diagnose issues, coordinate resolution paths, and communicate outcomes to customers.
  • Coordinate teams, third parties, and customers: align plans, run stand‑ups and reviews, and ensure accountability across all contributors.
  • Communicate with clarity: publish status updates, release notes, and customer‑facing notifications; maintain documentation and a living knowledge base for re‑use and onboarding.

What you’ll bring

  • A strong analytical, process‑oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels— comfortable engaging directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Functional knowledge of IT systems and distribution operations.
  • Proven experience in process management, change management, and multi‑site environments.
  • Confidence coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Bonus: hands‑on experience with Jira, ITSM/ITIL practices, Lean/Six Sigma, and data‑driven reporting.
  • Readiness to work on-site at our Łozienica site (3 days on site, 2 days remotely)

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

  • An interesting and challenging job with opportunities for growth in a global organization.
  • A friendly working atmosphere and a competitive package of non-salary benefits (bonus, private medical care, life insurance, benefits system, access to numerous trainings, language lessons, etc.

As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed. By employing people with different experiences and abilities, we expand our knowledge and increase our creativity and innovation.
