Role Overview:
The Human Resources Partner Professional role is a key position within the HR Generalist function, focused on partnering with our Bursa and Golcuk locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with management and employees, ensuring effective HR solutions that align with local laws and company objectives. You will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, talent management, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to ensure compliance with local legislation in Turkey.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, helping to resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive working environment.
- Lead or support recruitment initiatives to attract and retain top talent for the Bursa & Golcuk sites, collaborating with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Administer and improve HR programmes related to performance management, learning and development, and workforce planning.
- Partner with the HR team to deliver effective communication strategies, ensuring employees are well-informed and engaged.
- Utilise strong analytical skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and recommend improvements or interventions that support business needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support various HR projects and activities with a team-oriented approach, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated familiarity with local Turkish labour laws and HR regulations, ensuring adherence in all processes.
- Exceptional analytical thinking skills to assess complex situations and propose effective solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence efficiently.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, enabling clear communication within a multinational environment.
- A collaborative team player who values open communication, diversity, and mutual respect.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
