Join CEVA Logistics Turkey as a Human Resources Partner Professional based in Bursa & Golcuk, operating within our HR Generalist Division. This role is a pivotal part of our HR Partnership organisational unit, directly contributing to the success and growth of our logistics operations by fostering effective human capital management.
As a Human Resources Partner Professional, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of CEVA Logistics Turkey. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the seamless delivery of HR services, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture that aligns with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leadership in Bursa & Golcuk, providing expert guidance on a range of human resources matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local labour laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues effectively, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent with a shared commitment to team success.
- Analyse workforce metrics and provide insightful reports that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development programmes that enhance employee skills and organisational capability.
- Utilise advanced proficiency in Office programmes to manage HR documentation, data entry, and reporting activities efficiently.
- Promote and participate in team-oriented activities that build collaboration and engagement across various departments.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical thinking skills to interpret data and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent command of English, facilitating effective communication within our diverse and global environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential to navigate daily operational requirements smoothly.
- A proactive team player who thrives in collaborative settings and values contributing to collective success.
- Solid understanding of local labour laws and employment regulations, ensuring all HR activities maintain compliance.
