Role Overview

As an Intern Apprentice in Payroll and Human Resources Administration, you will be an integral part of the Payroll and Administration unit. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support the smooth operation of HR processes. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their knowledge in payroll management, employee data administration, and broader HR functions within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing payroll data accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to local labour laws and company policies.
  • Support maintenance and updating of employee records, including contracts, attendance, and personal information.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to assist in recruitment administration and onboarding processes when needed.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to payroll and HR activities, supporting audits and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing payroll processing and HR administrative workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and managers to resolve payroll queries and provide assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and company sensitive information at all times.
