CEVA Logistics Turkey is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll and Human Resources Administration Professional to join our HR Administration division at our General Headquarters in Istanbul, Emaar.
As a vital member of our Payroll and Administration team, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of payroll and human resources functions that ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within our operations. This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth functioning of our HR processes and contributes directly to employee satisfaction and organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer accurate payroll processing, ensuring timely and precise payment to all employees in compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, payroll data, and HR documentation with diligence and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and HR business partners, to resolve payroll discrepancies and support employee inquiries effectively.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities by coordinating with relevant departments and facilitating smooth administrative procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports related to payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits to provide valuable insights for management decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to local statutory compliance requirements, social security regulations, and taxation laws.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance payroll and HR administrative processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in payroll administration and HR support functions within a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in logistics or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Turkish labour laws, social security regulations, and payroll tax requirements.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high confidentiality standards.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Turkish to interact effectively with diverse teams across the organisation.
- Proficiency in payroll software systems and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
