About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Management Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic Business Development team at Ceva Tedarik Zinciri Çözümleri ve Teknoloji A.Ş. in Bursa. This key role involves leading and supervising sales activities within the Turkish market, specifically focusing on logistics solutions spanning ground and rail transport. The successful candidate will contribute to expanding our market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the sales team to ensure achievement of business targets and KPIs across the ground and rail logistics sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the organisational objectives and market dynamics in Turkey.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of logistics solutions.
  • Maintain and build enduring relationships with key customers, understanding their supply chain challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, forecasting, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes continuous improvement and professional development.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales management or supervisory roles within the logistics sector, preferably with a focus on ground and rail transport.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
  • Good understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, with commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Commitment to upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles within the workplace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred; relevant professional certifications are an asset.
