Sales Support Administrator Turkey

Join Ceva Tedarik Zinciri Çözümleri ve Teknoloji A.Ş. as a Sales Support Administrator based in our Istanbul Emaar Merkez Office. This role forms a key part of our Business Development division within the Logistics sector, specifically focusing on ground and rail activities.

In this dynamic position, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, facilitating effective communication and coordination to drive business success. Your work will ensure timely processing of sales orders, maintenance of customer records, and assistance in managing logistics solutions tailored to client needs in the Turkish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales operations by managing and processing sales documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and complete to support client engagement and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, finance, and operations to streamline order fulfillment and solve potential bottlenecks.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations to aid the sales team in client meetings and strategy planning.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and operational units to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold client satisfaction.
  • Monitor logistics and delivery schedules, providing updates to customers and sales managers to ensure transparent and efficient service.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales support functions, suggesting enhancements based on feedback and operational experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably within logistics or supply chain industries.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish, facilitating clear and professional interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to support business development objectives.
