Real Estate Management Expert for Iberia

Join CEVA Logistics España, S.L.U., a leading company in the logistics sector, as a Real Estate Management Expert for Iberia within the Real Estate Division. This position is based in Madrid, at our CL Alcobendas headquarters, and plays a key role in strengthening our real estate management across the Iberian region.


Purpose of the Role

As a Real Estate Management Expert, you will play a fundamental role in the administration, supervision, and development of real estate assets linked to our logistics operations in the Iberian market. You will manage real estate projects, coordinating relationships with suppliers, landlords, and internal teams, ensuring profitability and optimization of the real estate portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee CEVA Logistics’ real estate portfolio in the Iberian region, ensuring proper administration of lease agreements, maintenance, and property services.

  • Coordinate and negotiate with property owners, real estate agents, and service providers for the maintenance, leasing, and acquisition of assets.

  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to property management and facility safety.

  • Work closely with operations, finance, and legal teams to align real estate strategy with corporate objectives.

  • Develop periodic reports on the status and efficiency of real estate assets for senior management.

  • Manage improvement and infrastructure adaptation projects, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.


Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience in real estate management, preferably within the logistics or industrial sector.

  • Strong ability to negotiate and manage contracts efficiently and transparently.

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate legislation and urban planning regulations applicable in Spain and Portugal.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear focus on collaboration and internal client service.

  • Proficiency in office tools and real estate management systems.

  • High analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
