YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about international logistics and looking for a role where you can take ownership and make an impact every day? CEVA Logistics is seeking an International Freight Forwarder to join our Antwerp office and help ensure seamless coordination of shipments for our global clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

As an International Freight Forwarder, you will independently manage shipments from start to finish, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service for our customers:

• Receive, record, and validate customer orders in the TMS, in line with quotations and SOPs
• Plan and define shipment execution considering operational constraints such as embargoes, transit times, and costs, in collaboration with Middle Office
• Collect and verify all required documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.)
• Check cargo availability and confirm readiness for shipment
• Optimize operational execution and perform transport bookings with Middle Office support
• Maintain up-to-date shipment information in the TMS and produce transport documents
• Communicate and manage documentation with internal and external suppliers
• Create and update events in the TMS to track shipments
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate with COS in case of deviations
• Ensure all documentation is complete for customer invoicing, handle internal cost postings, and produce and dispatch external invoices
• Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to your manager
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with customers, agents, and suppliers

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
• Fluent in Dutch, with technical terminology in French and English
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using company software
• Adaptable, engaged, proactive, and self-controlled
• Accurate, efficient, and quality-conscious
• Strong collaborator and team player
