We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Process Excellence Manager to join the Core Transversal Functions division at CEVA FM Mexico, located in Apodaca-Monterrey. This role is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about driving performance improvements and operational excellence within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
As the Business Process Excellence Manager, you will play a critical role within the Performance Management and Business Process Excellence department. You will be responsible for leading and championing initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality across various functions. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing organizational performance and delivering sustainable value to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee business process improvement programs aligned with CEVA FM Mexico's strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains by conducting comprehensive data analysis and stakeholder consultations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy best practices in process management, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and effectiveness, using data-driven insights to recommend corrective actions.
- Facilitate change management activities to promote adoption of new processes and continuous improvement culture across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with IT, operations, and other departments to integrate process automation and leverage technology solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
- Provide training and coaching to employees at various levels on process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes related to process excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies while driving process enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly valued.
- Proven experience in managing business process improvement projects, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving change.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools, along with familiarity with ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred to effectively navigate multinational communication.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results within deadlines.
