Talent Acquisition Professional CL
Join CEVA FM Mexico's dynamic Talent Management division as a dedicated Talent Acquisition Professional CL. Based at our Apodaca-Lenovo site, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute directly to our talent acquisition strategies and support our continued growth within the logistics and supply chain sector.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent that aligns with our company's values and strategic goals. You will coordinate and oversee various recruitment initiatives, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from multiple departments to ensure the acquisition of high-quality candidates who will drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and create actionable recruitment plans.
- Utilise innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent pools, ensuring an inclusive recruitment approach.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and other employer branding activities to promote CEVA FM Mexico as an employer of choice.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular reports to Talent Management leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with legal employment regulations and CEVA’s internal policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition department to streamline recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a proactive, organised individual with a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams are essential. Prior experience within talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries, will be highly valued.
