CEVA Logistics Limited, a leading provider in the contract logistics sector, is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Global Customer Care Senior Manager to join our Business Development division. This pivotal role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and driving performance excellence on a global scale.
As the Global Customer Care Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering superior customer care strategies that align with CEVA's commitment to operational excellence and client partnership. This role thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, performance management, and strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global customer care frameworks to ensure responsiveness, consistency, and quality of service across all regions.
- Drive performance metrics and analytics to monitor service delivery effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Contract Logistics teams to integrate customer feedback into service development, ensuring that solutions meet evolving client needs.
- Manage and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that support business growth and customer retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their objectives and cultivating trust through consistent, high-quality support.
- Oversee global customer care projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within all customer care activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a senior customer care or performance management role within the logistics or contract logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead global teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organisational levels.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and improve service delivery.
