Working collaboratively with your team, you’ll help deliver a first-class HR administration service, ensuring requests are managed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timeframes, while consistently providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, organisation, and proactive approach will help create a smooth and positive experience for both managers and employees throughout every stage of the employee journey.

  • Preparing and issuing contractual documentation via DocuSign
  • Coordinating reference requests for employees
  • Supporting HR Business Partners with TUPE transfer processes

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator with previous experience in a similar HR or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced and high-volume environment. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do.

You’ll also bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
