YOUR ROLE
Are you an experienced L&D professional who thrives on designing and delivering engaging development programmes?
We are looking for a collaborative and hands-on Learning & Development Manager to create and deliver high-quality learning solutions that support growth and capability across CEVA Logistics and CMA CGM.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence learning culture at scale, partnering with senior stakeholders to design and deliver impactful, business-aligned learning solutions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You will be accountable for setting and delivering the UK & Ireland Learning & Development strategy, aligned to Group priorities and future capability needs.
- Lead the design, governance and delivery of impactful learning solutions across multiple formats
- Facilitate engaging workshops, programmes, virtual learning and blended learning interventions
- Oversee the full learning lifecycle, from needs analysis through to evaluation and continuous improvement
- Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create measurable solutions
- Lead, coach and develop the L&D team, driving performance and professional growth
- Embed best-practice learning methodologies, standards and evaluation frameworks
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
This role combines leadership with hands-on facilitation, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex and evolving environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience leading a Learning & Development strategy within a complex and global organisation
- Experience managing, coaching and developing L&D professionals
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders with the ability to challenge the status quo
- A track record of delivering measurable learning impact and return on investment
- Experience designing blended learning solutions and learning architecture
- Strong project and programme management capability
