YOUR ROLE

 

CEVA Logistics Limited is seeking a operations focused Project Manager to join our contract logistics team. Based in Ashby de la Zouch, this role plays a pivotal part in the successful planning, coordination and execution of logistics implementation projects across depot operations in the UK and Ireland. You will lead and support new site startups, customer onboarding and operational transitions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely and to CEVA’s zero‑defect standards. This role combines structured project management with strong operational understanding, working closely with depot leadership teams during critical implementation phases.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

 
As a Project Manager you will lead the end to end delivery of logistics implementation projects within depot environments, including new site startups, customer onboarding and operational transitions. The role will involve planning and managing project timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies in line with CEVA’s objectives, while coordinating activity across Operations, Implementation, Quality, IT and other internal teams.
 
You will act as the primary point of contact between depot sites and central functions during implementation and go‑live phases, supporting operational readiness and short term performance stabilisation where required. Ensure all project activity complies with health, safety, legal and quality standards, provide clear progress reporting to stakeholders, contribute to readiness reviews and safety audits, and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in implementation processes.
 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with strong logistics or warehouse operations exposure, capable of working in fast paced, site based environments and leading through change. You will be comfortable managing implementation activity while engaging with depot teams and multiple stakeholders, ensuring new or transitioning operations are set up for success. A strong operational mindset and confidence in customer facing situations are essential
