YOUR ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Warehouse Design Manager to join our Solutions Design team based in Ashby de la Zouch, where you will plan, manage and work on high value, multi-functional or complex solutions, acting as a subject matter expert in the application of automation, mechanisation and other innovative warehouse technologies.
This is a high-profile role that will engage and interact with CEVA customers and wider CEVA business functions to develop innovative, service orientated and cost-effective solutions in support of our growth strategy.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting onto the Head of Solutions Design you will be responsible for:
- Support business proposals with compliant, cost‑effective warehouse solutions delivered on time.
- Apply strong knowledge of cost models, operating models, infrastructure and business strategy.
- Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Research warehouse automation, conduct site visits and manage supplier relationships.
- Act as the main contact for project cost and commercial matters.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and recommend solutions.
- Lead operational reviews with Business Development to secure sign‑off.
- Support major project implementations and assist with proposals and presentations.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to the Head of Solutions Design.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application you will be experienced in Warehouse Solutions Design, ideally within a Contract Logistics or Warehousing Supply Chain environment. You will be a subject matter expert in automation and mechanisation and have proven experience of designing and implementing innovative warehouse technologies and service offerings for customers.
It goes without saying that you will have proven experience using Auto-CAD or specialist warehousing design tools where you will be a creative individual with an exceptional ability to communicate and translate complex solutions with proven project and change management experience.
