YOUR ROLE


Based at our Rosedale Auckland site and reporting to the Customer Service & Supply Manager, this role is responsible for delivering outstanding service and operational support across a broad customer portfolio.

 

Working closely with customers, internal service teams and distribution operations, you’ll manage orders, respond to enquiries, provide order updates and help ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment where customer service and operational coordination go hand in hand.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Specifically, you will:

 

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering timely and professional support
  • Process customer orders accurately and provide updates on order status and fulfilment
  • Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to add value
  • Respond to product and repair-related enquiries, escalating issues where required
  • Coordinate closely with distribution and service delivery teams to support customer outcomes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service processes
  • Maintain accurate information and administration across systems and customer records
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support safe work practices across the operation.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate is a proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems and building strong relationships. You will also have:

 

  • Experience in customer service, customer support or order management roles
  • Experience in a logistics and supply chain or operational environment will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills and confidence managing customer enquiries professionally
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and technology
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience in telecommunications or technical product environments will be advantageous.

 

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
