YOUR ROLE

 

Are you ready to play a key role in supporting our finance operations? At CEVA Logistics we are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team in Chipping Warden.  This is a vital role where you will ensure accurate invoicing, credit control and provide essential support to the wider finance team.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

In this role, you will take ownership of key finance processes that keep our operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for compiling and raising detailed monthly invoices for our customers, producing purchase order requests and providing accurate billing information to the account management team.

 

Handing invoices on a daily, analysing and resolving disputes and supporting the reconciliation and allocation of travel and fuel expenses. Alongside managing credit control and handling finance queries, you will step in to provide support during busy periods and tackle ad hoc tasks, making you an essential contributor to our success.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance administration role and be IT literate with strong excel skills. You will be personable, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.
