YOUR ROLE

Do you approach situations analytically, think outside the box, and have a strong aptitude for relationships and teamwork, showing the ability to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders? If so, you might be the person we are looking for to join our Business Process Excellence team. The role involves developing studies and analyses of logistics and IT flows to ensure process improvement within our sites

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Functional analysis and implementation of management processes based on customer-defined requirements, verifying with the internal operational structure the possible solutions to adopt while respecting specific needs.
• Application and training in Lean methods and techniques (5S, FMEA, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Support in defining and coordinating projects aimed at improving the efficiency of operational processes.
• Support to the Manager in defining methods for collecting and summarizing productivity, quality, and service level data.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree in Management Engineering (specialization in Supply Chain Management and Logistics is a plus).
• Previous experience with 3PL logistics operators.
• Analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel frequently (75%).
