Job Description

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced and proactive ProjectManagement Professional to join our team in Assago. This pivotalrole will independently lead solution design projects while alsoactively supporting the development and training of the widerteam, helping to accelerate the achievement of higher qualitywork standards across the department.

Requirements

Project Management Expert ItalyExtensive experience in Solution Design within a third-partylogistics (3PL) environment is essential.An engineering or internal operations/logistics background(with deep sector knowledge and a proven ability to rapidlyadapt to new roles) will be considered if Solution Designexpertise is exceptional.
Seniority: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparablerole; this is not a junior or entry-level position.Location: AssagoStart Date: January 2026Main ResponsibilitiesProvide expert internal consulting in Logistics Engineering andtechnical support to the commercial team, identifying optimalsolutions that meet client needs and align with company businessrules.Analyze project data and map processes (Value StreamMapping) to propose and implement eff ective logistics solutions.Act as a key point of contact for clients, collaborating closelywith all internal departments involved in Contract LogisticsSolution Design (such as real estate, security, Health & Safety,etc.), clearly presenting the benefi ts and added value of proposedsolutions.Participate in international projects within the fi eld ofContract Logistics Solution Design (at both European and globallevels).Independently manage a portion of the solution designworkload, taking ownership of key projects and deliverables.Support team training and development, sharing bestpractices and coaching colleagues to accelerate the team’s overallprogress toward higher-quality standards and enhanced projectdelivery.
