Following an internal reorganization of the CaaC department,  has become necessary to strengthen the department in order to ensure operational continuity and support the growth of its activities.
To complete the department structure, the hiring of a new resource dedicated to the management of operational and customer service activities related to transport operations is required.
This position is considered strategic, and continuity in the role is essential in order to:

Ensure the maintenance of the transport service levels agreed with customers;
Guarantee proactive management of transport activities and operational issues;
Avoid negative impacts on customer satisfaction, retention, and business continuity.

The purpose of the role is to ensure proper operational coordination of transport activities for the assigned customers, acting as the main point of contact between the customer, the transport office, and operational structures, including:

Checking transport assignments and orders received from customers;
Monitoring vehicles in pre-delivery status (system blocks and releases);
Monitoring transport progress status;Managing, sending, and archiving transport documentation;
Preparing daily internal and external reports;
Creating and monitoring KPIs;
Ensuring data accuracy and alignment across different IT systems
