We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for our location in Venray! In this role, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You inform them about the status of the goods flow and manage the administrative processing of it. You have continuous contact with our customers and the warehouse about order processing and you ensure that any challenges are proactively tackled together with your Team! In addition, you ensure correct administration, various reports and maintain your internal and external KPIs.
As Customer Service Representative you are going to do the following tasks:
- Monitor the handling of orders by the warehouse team;
- Prepare, process and check required documents in accordance with the guidelines;
- Manage the administration of customer data (complaints, questions, appointments, customer data, overviews, KPIs);
- Ensuring a good customer relationship by providing correct and timely information and maintaining contact with the customer; and
- Participate in projects aimed at improvement within the LEAN philosophy with themes such as 5S and Kaizen.
WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
Your workplace is at one of our locations in Born, where we have two warehouses! There you will be part of the Customer Service Team, consisting of five till ten colleagues. Together you ensure that Customer relationship is good by keeping each other up to date about the order processing. You will do this in a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to Office Supervisor and your working hours vary between 08:00 AM and 18:00 PM.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Do you recognize yourself in the following qualities?
- MBO/HBO work and level of thinking, possibly supplemented with a course in logistics;
- Experience with service-oriented work;
- Social and communication skills;
- Stress resistant;
- Command of the English language in speech and writing;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is a plus;

- A gross monthly salary between € 2.593 and € 3.547 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
