YOUR ROLE
The Site Administration & Compliance Coordinator acts as a key member of the State Ground Transport team in Berrinba, QLD and plays an important role in supporting operations. The role provides essential assistance across a wide range of operational functions such as payroll, procurement, accounts payable, safety, quality and reception/control tower to both internal and external stakeholders.
As the Site Administration & Compliance Coordinator, you will keep our transport operations running efficiently and in line with organisational and legislative requirements for Ground Transport.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Contribute to the day to day activities of this site
- Managing and processing the weekly payroll and billing
- Supporting the site with procurement requirements
- Maintaining Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) requirements and records for the site
- Managing Business Process Excellence (BPE) requirements and records for the site
- Maintaining Ground Transport work instructions to ensure all safety measures and procedures are clearly identified, implemented and accurately documented.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in supply chain or transport environment.
