YOUR ROLE

 

As a Transport Operations Administrator with our team in Berrinba, QLD, you'll provide essential and broad administrative support to the transport operations and management team with all operational activities, to help ensure that we run smoothly day-to-day.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Complete routine and ad-hoc data entry of driver worksheets / diaries in our systems
  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to transportation operations
  • Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to transportation operations
  • Focus on compliance support (Chain of Responsibility) for the transport function
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and driver schedules.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate has experience in a transport administration role. Alternatively, we’d be happy to hear from those with a background in general administration. You should also have:
 

  • Good communication, customer service, time management and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry
  • Intermediate ability in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems and technologies
  • Bonus: experience in manifesting.

 

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
