YOUR ROLE
Our team based in Burton, working with a prestigious client, is looking for an Admin Coordinator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping both administration and finance functions running smoothly.
This is a Monday to Friday role 08:30 to 17:00.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Process weekly payroll across multiple systems, including resolving pay queries and producing accurate reports
- Produce timely and accurate management information to support both site operations and central functions
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed in line with company policies and client requirements
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within your areas of responsibility
- Manage supplier queries and liaise effectively with external partners
- Maintain and regularly audit employee records to ensure compliance
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Act as the main point of contact for all administrative matters
- Raise and receipt purchase orders, ensuring accurate financial tracking and cost allocation
- Manage filing systems and general office administration efficiently
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in general administration, payroll support, or data entry
- Confident using MS Office, including Excel
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
