We are seeking you as an HR Administrative Operations Specialist for our office in Geneva, to start as soon as possible:
Your Responsibilities
Day-to-day HR Operations & Administration
- Independently and promptly managing the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
- Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations, works council consultations, warnings, references, etc.
- Maintaining and managing personnel master data as well as document management in the HR system
- Preparing and reviewing payroll-related data for payroll processing
- Supporting time management issues (vacation, sick leave, absences, work schedule models)
Supporting HR Business Partners
- Close collaboration with HR Business Partners on individual personnel measures (transfers, job classifications, promotions, restructuring)
- Preparing documents and analyses for HR meetings and personnel cost planning
- Prospective support in the implementation of HR projects, change initiatives, and organizational developments
- Preparing statistics and reports
- Contributing to the standardization and optimization of HR processes and guidelines
- Consulting & Service
Your Profile
- Completed business training, ideally with additional qualifications in human resources (e.g., HR specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR work / HR administration / as an HR specialist, ideally in a comparable role
- In-depth knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) as well as MS Office, particularly Excel
- Highly service-oriented, discreet, and responsible
- Structured, independent, proactive, and very meticulous work style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a passion for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent English skills
