As a result, we have an amazing opportunity for a Systems & Reporting Manager who will lead the governance, integrity and exploitation of site systems, data, and performance reporting within our large scale ecommerce operation.

This is a highly influential role, reporting directly to the Senior General Manager, where you will act as the site authority for WMS, data integrity and KPI reporting. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational, contractual and customer performance data is accurately measured, understood and translated into actionable insight.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into Senior General Manager, you will own the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and all site reporting outputs, ensuring data accuracy, alignment to client metrics and clear performance narratives. You will provide deep dive analysis, root cause insight and structured reporting to support service recovery, continuous improvement and senior decision making, with key focuses on:

  • Acting as site owner for the WMS and associated operational systems
  • Governing data integrity, KPI definitions and reporting standards
  • Producing accurate daily, weekly and monthly site and customer performance reports
  • Leading root cause analysis into KPI misses, service failure and performance variance
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for operational leaders
  • Owning resolution of WMS and reporting issues impacting service or visibility
  • Supporting customer governance, audits and performance deep‑dives with defensible data
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting automation, insight and system capability
  • Leading and developing a team of systems & reporting leads across shifts
  • Partnering closely with operations, planning, IT and client stakeholders
  • Supporting the Senior General Manager with any additional tasks as and when required

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in your application you have proven experience of managing WMS, systems and performance reporting within a large logistics or ecommerce operation. You will have a strong understanding of operational data flows, KPI frameworks and reporting governance.

You will be able to demonstrate proven experience of producing, explaining and defending performance metrics at a senior level, capable of structuring root cause and fact-based challenge analysis and be advanced in data literacy with strong Excel and reporting experience.

You will be a strong communicator, problem solver and solutions focused individual, able to translate complex data into readable reports for internal and external stakeholder groups.

Desirable skills:

  • Exposure to system implementations, upgrades and change programmes.
  • Experienced in supporting customer audits, governance forums and regulatory reviews relating to systems and reporting.
  • Use of BI tools, dashboards or automated reporting platforms.
