As part of the CMA CGM Group’s strong commitment to sustainability, CEVA Logistics is investing in the development of Reverse Logistics infrastructure for electric vehicle batteries across Europe. The EV battery recycling industry is experiencing rapid growth within a highly dynamic regulatory environment. This emerging market faces major challenges, including a shortage of compliant industrial capacity, stringent safety requirements, and increasing needs for traceability and transparency. To address these challenges, CEVA is developing and operating a network of Battery Logistics Centers across Europe (Belgium, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Central Europe to follow), providing services such as storage, diagnostics, dismantling, repackaging, and preparation for recycling or second life for EV batteries (production scrap, after-sales, repurposing, end-of-life) To support this fast-paced expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and business-minded Project Analyst Intern. He/ she will help drive activities from strategic site assessment and partner mapping to preparation for operational launch.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Strategic Development

Support strategic assessments for the prioritization of future sites, contributing to national-level business cases.

Conduct ecosystem mapping and benchmarking (recyclers, dismantlers, automotive players, logistics providers, technical suppliers).

Assist in preparing and participating in meetings with potential partners.
Site Deployment Support
-
Ensure the operational follow-up of deployment projects.

Prepare project meetings with internal stakeholders and external consultants/suppliers.
Operational & Supplier Analysis
-
Contribute to benchmarking and qualification of key suppliers, and assist in the preparation of consultations and offer reviews.

Perform ad-hoc operational analyses to optimize site design and processes.
Project Management & Reporting
-
Prepare strategic presentations for internal steering committees and external partners.

Contribute to the development of project dashboards and performance tracking tools.
Profile sought:
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a leading school or university (engineering, strategy, finance, management, double degree).
A first experience in consulting, private equity / M&A, or strategic project management within a company is a strong asset.
You combine:

Strong organizational rigor,

And a genuine interest in projects with a European and industrial scope.
You are comfortable with management and structuring tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and know how to produce clear, actionable analyses to support decision-making.
Fluency in English is essential to operate in an international environment and interact with diverse stakeholders (local teams, industrial partners, institutional partners).
Autonomous, proactive, and committed, you thrive in challenging, fast-growing environments and are eager to contribute to a project with high strategic and environmental impact.
