YOUR ROLE

Are you driven by operational excellence and delivering outstanding service? at CEVA Logistics, we are looking of a Transport Operations Manager to take ownership of transport activities across bulk, single and driven operations. This pivotal role, will see you leading a strong team, supporting customers and ensuring our transport operation consistently delivers against expectations. 

This position operates Monday - Friday, with flexibility required to support a fast paced, multi layered transport environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Head of Transport, you will hold direct responsibility for all transport operational activities, ensuring service performance meets contractual requirements and customer SLAs. You will lead and support Team Leaders and their teams, providing clear coaching and development opportunities.

You will manage department costs in line with budget, complete key internal and external reports and represent operations at customer review meetings. From utilising internal systems as well as customer facing external systems, no two days will be the same. This is a hands on leadership role where you will influence performance, drive standards and ensure we deliver a safe, reliable and cost effective service every day.

The ideal candidate will be confident and organised leader, with strong operational experience. You will be someone who can communicate effectively at all levels, build positive relationships with customers and motivate teams to deliver high performance.

You will bring solid understanding of operational processes, a proactive approach to solving problems and the ability to analyse and manage cost effectively. if you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy leading people and take pride in delivering operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
