YOUR ROLE

Our operation in Daventry is recruiting a number of Warehouse Operatives vacancies.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting customer contract delivery, and helping the team achieve operational targets.

Shifts will fall between 06:00 and 18:00 any 5 from 7 days.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Efficiently handle customer inventory, including receiving, unloading and checking goods against delivery documentation
• Accurately pick and pack orders and prepare consignments for dispatch in line with service level requirements
• Maintain accurate stock records using the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Support inventory counts, cycle checks and discrepancy investigations as required

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a candidate with strong written and verbal English skills and proven experience in stock management within a logistics or warehouse environment.

You should be confident working as part of a large team and comfortable meeting targets and deadlines. Due to the nature of the role, strong attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and high-quality standards are always maintained.

MHE licenses are desirable, though not essential.
