YOUR ROLE

 

CEVA Logistics has been awarded a major new contract with a high-profile client, marking an exciting phase of growth for the business expanding on our ecommerce offering. This is a new build implementation offering exciting opportunities across contract logistics. As a result, we are recruiting a HSEQ & Facilities Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across Health, Safety, Environment & Quality and Facilities Management activities.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

This role is key to ensuring accurate documentation, compliance tracking, contractor coordination, and the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace, helping to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.

 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, security, and insurance requirements
  • Assist with risk assessments and accident investigations where required
  • Support the HSEQ & Facilities Manager with planning and implementation of site projects, including office moves, contractor-led works, and building improvements
  • Maintain the Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule
  • Act as a key administrative contact for the contract and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder
  • Support all premises and facilities compliance activities including, fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks and sprinkler system operation

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification (desirable)
  • Experience within a facilities-based role is essential
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels

 

This is a Monday – Friday role but flexibility is required.
