YOUR ROLE

 

CEVA Logistics has been awarded a major new contract with a high-profile client, marking an exciting phase of growth for the business expanding on our ecommerce offering. This is a new build implementation offering exciting opportunities across contract logistics. As a result, we are recruiting a Site Administrator to support the acurate delivery of payroll, reporting, purchasing and other administrative activities.

 

This is a key role in maintaining day‑to‑day operational administration in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Ensure all the effective and efficient co-ordinator of the site admin procedures
  • Undertake all admin process, including payroll, purchase ledger, agency records and processing employee paperwork to support the wider HR team
  • Liaison with clients and central functions teams in order to collate necessary information to enable timely billing / invoicing of clients weekly / monthly activity
  • Maintain an optimal level of operational efficiency and resources at all times, ensuring operational procedures and processes meet quality requirements
  • Regularly review internal administration procedures with a view to continuous improvement
  • Maintenance of contract / site personnel records to the required standards

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator, experience within an administrative role, ideally gained within a warehouse or logistics environment. The successful candidate will be confident using Microsoft Excel and other PC-based systems, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced operation.

 

You will be a strong team player with the ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and maintain confidentiality at all times. We are looking for someone who can motivate and support others, demonstrate good delegation and organisational skills, and contribute positively to team performance.
