Manager Job title : Operations Supervisor

Job purpose :
* Issuance and tracking of invoices
* Verification of billable data
* Preparation and sending of invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy of information and adherence to deadlines

Keys accountabilities :
* Comparative analysis between WIPs and pricing
* Prepare and print the proforma for validation
* Compile the bundle of supporting and related documents for the invoice
* Monitor the proforma review by the DOP and DC
* Make amendments to the proforma if necessary based on feedback from the DOP and DC
* Email the proforma to clients and make amendments if necessary
* Proceed with invoice validation in Cargo Wise
* Print the validated invoice and have it signed by the DOP
* Scan copies of the bundle (signed invoice + supporting documents) to clients with acknowledgment of receipt
* Deliver the physical invoice and document bundle to the courier and the collection department
* Archive the billing files
