For our head office in Frankfurt/Main, we are seeking a full-time Business Process Excellence Manager (m/f/d) for WMS super user to start as soon as possible. 

Your tasks

• Lead and develop the WMS Key User / Super User team across the DACH region
• Manage team performance including task allocation, goal setting, performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning
• Ensure the highest level of functional WMS support across the cluster
• Drive flawless execution of WMS implementations, upgrades, and roll-outs
• Collaborate closely with the regional WMS / IT community and the European WMS organization
• Ensure compliance with global WMS standards, processes, and best practices
• Drive standardization and harmonization of WMS configurations across the DACH cluster
• Support and develop local Key Users and Super Users to ensure adherence to cluster standards and best practices
• Build and strengthen Key User capabilities and organizational maturity across the region
• Ensure successful roll-out of the Next Gen program throughout the DACH cluster

Your Profil

• 5+ years of experience working with WMS solutions (preferably Manhattan SCALE or Dispatcher WMS) within 3PL / contract logistics environments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a WMS Key User / Super User role
• Proven track record in leading multiple WMS implementations and site roll-outs within the CEE region
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and 3PL operations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Ability to drive standardization and ensure compliance with global processes and best practices
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
