Job Purpose

Good control the delivery from supplier
Good coordination with warehouse and CEVA other departments
Correct information input into system and data maintenance

Key Accountabilities

1    Contact with supplier, and other related partner company.

2    Daily data input and WMS data maintenance.

3    Prepare daily and monthly report to client

4    Closely work with operation department

5    Answer customer's inquiries.

6    Provide professional service to client.

7    Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
8    Handle the complaint from client

9    Heavy workload in peak season

10    Control the cost

11    Get the order list from client and prepare order picking and packing document to operation department accordingly

12    Daily work output report to client

13    Create job file in finance system

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

College degree or above

One year experience in 3PL

Skilled in MS office
Skilled at Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Sensitive for the figures
Familiar with excel and word
Use English to write email

Good communicational skill and English
Hard working and cooperative
