YOUR ROLE

• Follow SOP, work instruction of inbound, outbound and VAS activities
• Comply with site HSSE requirement
• Collaborate, support other department to archive daily goal.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Inbound:

• Receiving goods from transporter, unloading from truck by (EPT, manual pallet jack) checking goods condition, quantity & documents. Highlighting issues related to Damaged goods, Document discrepancy.
• Sign receiving document and hand over to admin
• Sorting/Labelling goods followed work instruction
• Receiving goods in system by RF gun
• Putaway goods followed rules defined by system or SOP

Outbound

• Pick goods by RF gun based on picklist or information in RF gun/tablet, Packing/labelling
• Checking goods condition, quantity & documents and handover goods to transporter, loading on truck by (EPT, Manual pallet jack)
• Sign outbound document and handover to admin
• Cycle counting /stock take
• Counting stock periodically based on internal/customer plan

HSSE

• Keeping work place clean and tidy. Perform 5S activities daily
• Following safety instructions and wearing PPEs
• Report any risk, unsafe/secured behavior, condition, nearmissed case in the warehouse

Carry out instruction of Team Leader and completing the task as and when it is required: manual loading/unloading goods on trucks…
