YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Account Handler to be responsible for managing the inventory and customers specifics in the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management as well as inventory systems. This role reports directly reports to the Supervisor

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Track the movement of products in and out of the warehouse.
  • Work with warehouse colleagues to ensure inventory levels are sufficient for customer needs.
  • Generate financial reports for management review.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any account issues or discrepancies.
  • Implement best practices to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
  • Assign tasks to relevant stakeholders, monitoring performance, and providing training and feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and develop new business relationships.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to track the performance of the warehouse against key metrics.
  • Conduct regular analysis of KPI data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Be compliant with any CEVA Business Rules and Core Values.
  • Perform Adhoc duties as required

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a facilities, administrative, or procurement support role
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems, including ERP/WMS & CRM systems.
  • Must be able to stand, walk and bend for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and coach team members.
