YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner. The IT Business Partner acts as the primary interface between the business and the global/regional IT organization, ensuring that IT solutions support operational performance and strategic objectives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Strategic Leadership & Business Engagement

• Represent IT within country/region leadership and act as the single point of accountability for IT matters.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT strategy.

Demand & Portfolio Management

• Prioritize business requirements and ensure alignment with global IT standards.
• Monitor project delivery, timelines, and budget compliance.

Operational Support & Governance

• Oversee application of IT policies and ensure system performance and stability.
• Act as escalation point for critical incidents.

Customer Engagement

• Align IT services with contractual requirements and support customer-facing initiatives.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular IT performance updates to business leaders.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; University Degree in IT or related field preferred
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of logistics systems (WMS, TMS, middleware).
• Experience in matrix organizations and global teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage pressure
