YOUR ROLE

 

We are looking for an experienced Quality Health Safety & Environment Administrator to participate in the elaboration of the Group strategy on QHSE along with Country and Global QHSE Team. To supporting an organisation’s Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental management systems. The purpose of the role is to ensure that all QHSE processes run smoothly, documentation is accurate and up to date, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards is maintained.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Ensure that Regional/Global and country QHSE Strategy has been enforced and adhered to within the product
  • Be the go-between (QHSE Professional/Product) to ensure that the IMS is implemented and adhered to within the product
  • Management systems certification against international standards for the existing certifications and for new
  • sites and locations according to company requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance regarding Customer Quality and Supplier Quality management governance within the product
  • Accountable for the collation and verification of accurate QHSE data records and KPI reporting to the QHSE Professional and Global Team
  • Deliver Product QHSE performance review to the QHSE Professional on a regular basis and ensure action plans exist and are followed-up
  • Ensure all incidents and non-conformities are investigated thoroughly with root cause fully understood and action agreed to improve
  • Contribute to create a QHSE culture
  • Ensure product wide compliance to QHSE Standards (ISO 9001, GDP, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 22000 and ISO45001) and that CEVA Certifications are kept as per Global Governance.
  • Coordinate Country plans on :
    • Audit Program (external, internal)
    • Training on selected QHSE topics
    • QHSE Tools to sustain IMS (Intelex, digitalized induction, etc.)
    • Implementation and compliance to ISO standards 
    • Country and sites QHSE cross-audits
    • Emergency planning and business continuity management
    • Other key QHSE tasks based on the needs of the internal and external customers

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management System/ Health & Safety degree/ Environmental Management  Occupational Health and Safety Management or relevant.
  • 4 years’ experience in QHSE Management Systems implementation and maintenance within Logistics, Transportations, Industrial Project Logistics, consumer goods, food products, medical devices or Pharma
  • 1 years in a Supervisory acting role will be an added advantage
  • Experience in logistics industry is crucial
  • Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, independently or as a team player
