YOUR ROLE 


We are looking for an experienced Logistics Handling Operations Administrator - Warehousing  to provide efficient administrative and operational support to warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory management, proper documentation, and compliance with the warehousing system standards and CEVA Logistics standards.

 


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

  • Receive and verify incoming shipment documentation against physical deliveries/loaded consignments prior to offloading.
  • Count, verify and record quantities received, ensuring alignment with delivery notes and system records.
  • Prepare warehouse space and ensure readiness for receiving and dispatch operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise offloading and loading activities with handling teams.
  • Execute loading instructions accurately and in line with dispatch plans.
  • Ensure loadings/offloadings are processed and documented correctly within required timelines.
  • Support stock control processes including cycle counts and full stock-take exercises.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records including bin cards and system updates on a daily basis.
  • Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of goods in compliance with operational standards.
  • Update warehouse management systems in a timely manner and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
  • Escalate discrepancies, damages, or variances promptly.
  • Prepare operational reports on stock movement, discrepancies, and performance as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with CEVA HSE standards, client standards and local regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of warehouse premises according to the CEVA and client standards.
  • Monitor adherence to SOPs and operational best practices.
  • Supervise casual labor where assigned to ensure productivity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with transport, operations, and customer service teams.

 


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

  • A University degree with exposure to Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations or logistics environment.

Skills  and Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate operational reports.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and results-driven.
  • Strong integrity and accountability.
