YOUR ROLE
Our high-profile customer, based in London NW10 has the need for a Warehouse Operator to join their operations team. Due to the nature of the customer on site there will be a 3-month vetting process for the successful candidate before your start date.
The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 00:00am - 08:30am. The salary for this position is £40,000.00 per annum
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Manage customer queries, orders, and requests, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution in line with agreed service levels.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders to support effective service delivery and relationship management.
- Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across systems, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Monitor service performance, identifying and escalating issues, delays, or discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
- Support operational teams by coordinating information and ensuring customer requirements are met effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining quality, compliance, and customer service standards, including participation in audits or process reviews where required.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure end-to-end service alignment across warehouse and transport operations.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse or logistics operations within a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency. You will be confident managing customer orders, queries, and requests while ensuring service levels are consistently achieved. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records and data across multiple systems. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, while supporting quality and compliance standards, is key. The successful candidate will be collaborative, organised, and committed to delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
