As a warehouse Operational Administration (m/f/d), you will be part of our Operations Support Team. Are you interested in helping us build a new logistics site? Then apply now! 

Your future responsibilities:

• Checking entries for missing or excess quantities, items, and delivery notes in the warehouse management system
• Processing clarification requests, damage claims, and cases of missing or excess quantities
• Processing delivery notes
• Scheduling
• Coordinating with external partners
• Documenting processes

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong numerical skills and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in German and English is a plus
