Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities: 

• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees as part of daily operations
• Managing team leaders in your area (e.g., inbound or outbound) and facilitating shift/team meetings
• Close coordination with the Operations Manager
• Ensuring planned volumes, productivity, and relevant key performance indicators are met
• Scheduling employees, overseeing training and development, and supporting training initiatives while communicating training needs to training coordinators
• Monitoring the proper use of equipment, resolving operational issues, and conducting process checks and facility inspections

Your Profile:

• Ideally, training in logistics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar field with relevant responsibilities
• Initial leadership experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good command of German; additional language skills are helpful (e.g., English or Russian)
