CEVA Logistics is looking for a candidate for the position of:

Transport Specialist (Car Carriers)

Job location : Mioveni

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:

·Prepare and verify drivers’ expense reports (fuel, road tolls, daily allowance, etc.)

·Manage and centralize drivers’ timesheets (working hours, holidays, absences)

·Complete, check, and archive CMR documents and other transport documents

·Prepare and update reporting files (trip status, costs, delivery times, incidents)

·Plan and schedule trips for car carriers based on customer orders, and fleet and drivers’ availability

·Operate and update data in the transport management software (trip entry, status, reports)

·Maintain daily communication with drivers and internal departments

·Ensure compliance with internal procedures and transport regulations

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

·Minimum 3 years of experience in transport (preferably road / international transport or car carriers)

·Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

·English – minimum intermediate level, written and spoken

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documents and numbers

·Good organizational, planning, and communication skills

·Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
