Pay Range:  $69,000.00 to $75,000.00
 
YOUR ROLE
  Responsible for working under Quality and with all departments to ensure the Quality Management System is implemented, maintained and continuously improved to satisfy CEVA,  customer’s and third party quality requirements including quality of service and ISO.  Gather and evaluate data and compliance metrics against quality standards, identify opportunities and make recommendations for improving product quality and process efficiencies to ensure the company maintains a robust Quality Management System.   Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
 
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Provide feedback from both formal and informal analysis of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance in accordance with company, customer and industry requirements.
  • Perform audits of operations in order to identify gaps, deficiencies and opportunities for improvement in the quality management system. Post audit, perform appropriate follow up to ensure that identified gaps and deficiencies are corrected appropriately.
  • Analyze data from all departments, as directed, to identify areas of non-compliances, gaps, trends, potential issues and weaknesses using accepted analytical techniques and tools.
  • Perform root cause and corrective action using accepted techniques and / or recommend improvements to overcome gaps, deficiencies and opportunities for improvement identified as part of the audit process.
  • Enforce and ensure that quality control processes are followed.
  • Utilize quality management software (where available) to provide “value-added” solutions to the field in terms of driving continuous improvement, standardization and non-conformance documentation. 
  • Facilitate and deliver visual aids to all employees and colleagues regarding the quality management system, as appropriate.
  • Serve as provider for data analysis regarding customer service issues, internal audits, training, operational KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to develop and document processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and vendors.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with internal and external resources, gain credibility with senior management and manage through conflict with a positive and flexible attitude.  
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
 
Minimum:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in healthcare distribution environment
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in performing quantitative statistical analysis, and root cause analysis
Preferred:
  • Experience in Logistics and/or freight- forwarding operating environment
