YOUR ROLE

Imagine the Control Room as the core, the beating heart of our warehouse, orchestrating logistics management with precision. Our mission is to maximize productivity and ensure smooth delivery reliability. Without the Control Room, our entire operation would come to a stop.

Every 15 minutes, you’ll create precise pick batches and monitor progress closely. You will apply your expertise to optimize processes, providing valuable insights and guidance to our operation and the dedicated Process Control Room Specialist. You will work closely with a professional team of three Operational Control Room Specialists, while maintaining strong collaboration with our Resource Planner to ensure seamless coordination.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Entering pick batches to ensure the operation has the correct buffers;
• Monitoring the continuous flow within the warehouse system;
• Providing the operation with hourly updates based on performance monitoring;
• Communicating with the operation about the division of labor and necessary adjustments across flows, parameters, and stations;
• Taking responsibility for allocating resources, workstations, and machinery in line with the production plan.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A completed degree (MBO-4 level), preferably in Engineering, IT, or Logistics;
• Relevant work experience in a logistics, production, or service environment;
• Strong analytical skills and a systematic, structured way of working;
• Good social and communication skills;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in shifts (in time).

• A salary between € 2.720,- and € 3.521,- (depending on your work experience and education level), with the opportunity for growth within the pay scale;
• A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
• Employment conditions in accordance with our own CEVA collective labor agreement, including 25 vacation days, 5 ADV days, and an annual salary increase;
• A laptop and phone;
• Profit sharing of up to 3% with positive business results;
• Good pension scheme, travel allowance and 8% holiday pay;
